Led end-to-end design of two customer portals as sole UX/UI designer — achieving 60%+ adoption in three months and a 5/5 NPS on the contractor portal at launch.

Continuously redesigned the Dr. Dropin healthcare app — improving navigation, patient information flows, and accessibility across multiple releases through iterative user testing.
Part of the Water Lifecycle team contributing to INFO360 — an asset management tool for monitoring and maintaining urban water assets. Drove tactical research, refined UX requirements, and crafted UI specifications in close cooperation with designers and developers.
Responsible for understanding and improving data usage for Elvia's workforce. Conducted interviews, observational studies, affinity mapping, and network mapping. Delivered a needs assessment report with actionable recommendations to optimise data accessibility and workflow efficiency.
Investigated why Qliro had higher conversion rates in Sweden than in Norway and Denmark. Performed guerrilla user tests and interviews on 42 participants in Oslo across multiple age groups — findings presented to Qliro's PO of payment.
